Vladimir Putin and the Russian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief Sergei Shoigu.

Sergei Shoigu informed the President of the ministry’s performance in the past month and shared his views on ways to improve the ministry’s structure.

Mr Shoigu also briefed Mr Putin on the results of his meeting with the NATO Secretary-General George Robertson.
