The message was passed on to Mr Mesic during Mr Putin’s visit to Zagreb.
“This year marks the fifteenth anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between our countries. I would like to note my satisfaction that the concrete agreements we have reached in a number of key fields of cooperation create favourable conditions for taking the dialogue between our two countries to a qualitatively new level”, the message states. “The fruitful talks we have held are yet another sign of the good prospects for all-round development of our bilateral cooperation”.
The realisation of your initiative to hold the Balkan Energy Cooperation Summit is confirmation of Croatia’s international authority. I am sure that the summit will make a considerable contribution to resolving energy issues in the region and in Europe in general.
