Mr Putin addressed Austria’s leading businessmen and replied to their questions about development prospects for the motor vehicle industry, building industry and tourism in Russia. The President cited figures showing the growth of the Russian economy, summed up the progress in reforms and said he was in favour of expanding business cooperation with Austria.
As a preamble to the meeting, fifteen or so documents were signed on diverse economic cooperation projects in the Economic Chamber.
