Mr Putin’s message of condolences says, in particular:
“I was deeply saddened to learn of the tragic deaths in the crash of a ”Mi-8“ helicopter at the Tavrida offshore drilling platform in the Black Sea.
I ask you to pass on my sincere condolences to the victims’ families”.
