Instructions for the Government concern, in particular, medical and psychological help for older children, including consultations with specialists, and different means of providing such assistance, including in critical situations. Other instructions include adopting a body of legislative and other normative legal acts to protect children’s rights, health and interests, and organising schooling for children receiving long-term medical treatment.
Instructions to the Government together with the regional executive authorities concern establishing a unified state system for rehabilitation of children and teenagers, and also medical and social assistance for families with children with disabilities and families in difficult circumstances.
