Mr Ivanov and Mr Lozhkin declared that there must be no provocations during the Russian humanitarian convoy’s journey and said they want to see the convoy arrive at its destination as soon as possible and without incident. Mr Ivanov noted that Russia has already set out its arguments and explanations very clearly in the earlier statement issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry.
