The Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office highly assessed the school’s work. According to Mr Ivanov, today, the business school has received full international recognition and is confidently moving up in the rankings; it is the best management school in Eastern Europe and the only multidisciplinary educational institution in Russia that trains high-quality managers in any programme. Sergei Ivanov also noted that the school has been accredited in accordance with all international standards and should strive to ensure that more and more instructors – including foreign ones with a worldwide reputation – come to give lectures in English.
In addition, Mr Ivanov suggested discussing the creation of a university campus outside St Petersburg on the basis of the Mikhailovskaya Dacha palace and park complex. A new educational facility has been opened in this 19th-century architectural monument, and now it is time to implement the second phase in the campus development, including the construction of a dormitory.
