The Agreement was signed in Moscow on February 6, 2013.
It sets out the conditions for cooperation between the parties in the supply of petroleum products from Russia to Tajikistan and defines the parties’ respective bodies responsible for coordinating and overseeing this activity.
The Agreement concerns supplies of petroleum products such as petrol, diesel fuel, jet engine fuel, heating fuel, bitumen and bitumen compounds, liquefied hydrocarbon gases and oil coke.
In particular, under the Agreement export duties are not imposed on petroleum products sent from Russia to Tajikistan in volumes established each year by the parties’ relevant bodies for Tajikistan’s domestic consumption.
