President of Russia Vladimir Putin and President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev will hold talks to discuss current Russian-Kazakhstani relations and integration cooperation within the Eurasian Economic Union and other regional associations.
After the meeting, Mr Putin and Mr Nazarbayev will address a forum of Russian and Kazakh business leaders.
Next the two heads of state will attend the 13th Russia-Kazakhstan Interregional Cooperation Forum, which will focus on the development of the transport and logistics potential of Eurasia. The forum agenda includes further efforts to lift trade barriers between Russia and Kazakhstan and tourism cooperation. Forum participants include the heads of key ministries and agencies and Russian and Kazakh regions.
A number of bilateral documents will be signed following the forum’s plenary session.
