Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan continued a substantive exchange of views on the key aspects of the Syrian crisis with an emphasis on the situation in Idlib de-escalation zone in connection with more frequent ceasefire violations by radical armed groups.
They underscored the importance of a close coordination of the Russian and Turkish efforts, including between their defence agencies on a variety of aspects of the Syrian settlement.
The two leaders also discussed pressing issues on the agenda of their bilateral political, trade and economic relations as well as some international problems.
Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan agreed to continue their contacts.
