The Federal Law specifies the Government’s mandate to prioritise Russian-made goods and work (services) performed by Russian persons with regard to goods originating from a foreign state and work (services) performed by foreign persons. In particular, the Government is given the right to determine the minimum amount of purchases of goods of Russian origin and work (services) performed by Russian persons.
In addition to this, the Federal Law envisages that when purchasing goods, including those supplied to the customer when performing the purchased work or services, information about the country of origin of the goods shall be entered into the contract being concluded.
