Your area of responsibility includes fundamental research on a broad range of issues, the professional training of medical personnel, medical and sanitary support for the staff of the main strategic sectors of the economy and the defence industry, as well as for high-performance athletes. This multifaceted and important work and your undeviating commitment to the noble principles of compassion and selflessness deserve our deep and sincere gratitude.”
