The Federal Law states that administrative liability for a violation of fire safety regulations that leads to a forest fire without causing grievous bodily harm occurs if these actions (inaction) do not contain signs of a criminally punishable act.
In addition, the Federal Law imposes administrative liability for public actions aimed at discrediting the operation of state bodies of the Russian Federation outside the Russian Federation aimed at protecting the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens and maintaining international peace and security.
