The message reads, in part:
“You are working in one of the essential and most important industries of the national economy, and your competence and responsible attitude to your jobs are vital for strengthening the country’s industrial, energy and defence capabilities and for the effective development of forward-looking areas of science and medicine.
It is gratifying that you are celebrating your professional holiday with considerable and impressive achievements. Thanks to the hard and coordinated work of designers, engineers and other professionals, new energy infrastructure facilities are launched, including abroad, modern digital innovative products are created, and much is being done for the successful implementation of ambitious programmes of the economic development of the Arctic and the Northern Sea Route. I would also like to emphasise a large contribution you make to the development of modern weapons that have no analogues in the world and reliably ensure nuclear parity and the defence capability of our state.
I am confident that, to remain at the cutting edge, we must prioritise mainstreaming advanced technologies, boosting fundamental research and training highly skilled personnel. A big step in this direction was the opening of the National Centre for Physics and Mathematics in Sarov in September 2021.
I would like to wish you to continue attaining the goals set to you to the benefit of our Motherland.”
