The message reads in part:
”To continue the serious discussion about the prospects of the national qualifications system, your forum has once again brought together representatives from authorities, businesses, trade unions, and public and educational organisations.
It is encouraging that work on the implementation of the national qualifications system has maintained a high pace. To date, about 1,500 professional standards have been approved, serving as the basis for updating higher and secondary education programmes. Russian regions have established 1,600 qualification assessment centres, and more than 145,000 applicants have already successfully taken the exam, including in digital format, using their platforms.
I would like to stress that improving the tools of the national qualifications system is extremely important for the formation of a competitive workforce, for increasing labour productivity, and it creates the necessary prerequisites for the effective implementation of large-scale and significant initiatives such as the federal projects Personnel for the Digital Economy, Professionalism, Employment Promotion, the Priority 2030 programme, and the Long-term Youth Employment Promotion Programme.
I am confident that the forum will be a success and will enable the participants to discuss the proposed topics and share their experience.“
