Under the order, the working group will focus, among its main objectives, on monitoring and analysing case law on matters within its purview; overseeing social and legal protection measures for Russian citizens involved in the special military operation, and their families; dealing with matters related to offering accommodation to conscripted citizens as part of the mobilisation, and providing other kinds of logistical and material support for these people and military units; analysing patriotic education initiatives for young people, making sure that people have basic military training, and creating a mobilisation reserve; drafting proposals on creating, developing and preserving mobilisation capabilities, manufacturing products required by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military units, bodies and special units, as well as by people.
The order defines the rights of the working group so that it can deliver on its mission.
Resolutions adopted by the working group shall be treated as recommendations and referred to the chambers of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, as well as federal and regional government bodies.
The working group shall submit monthly reports to the President of the Russian Federation.
The Ministry of Defence of Russia is to provide for the working group’s organisational and administrative support.
