On May 24, the President of Russia will address a plenary session of the second Eurasian Economic Forum. The forum’s theme is Eurasian Integration in a Multipolar World.
On May 25, Vladimir Putin will take part in a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council. The meeting participants will discuss the implementation of the priorities of Russia’s chairmanship in the Eurasian Economic Union in 2023. Among them are ensuring energy and food security, technological and financial independence, speeding up digital transformation, eliminating regulatory and trade barriers, transport infrastructure development and other issues.
The agenda also includes issues related to the Union’s international activity and expanding trade and economic ties with third countries and regional associations.
The President will also hold a series of meetings with the leaders of the EAEU member states and leaders of the states invited to the summit.
