In particular, the Government of the Russian Federation has been instructed to submit proposals on making additional allocations from the federal budget until 2030 to provide state support for the production of low-tonnage and medium-tonnage chemical products, envisaging the possibility of subsidising a share of the R&D spending; on mutual recognition of documents of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, confirming that certain types of industrial output are produced on the territory of the Union State; on using favourable-term leasing arrangements when purchasing technological equipment to create or upgrade industries producing prioritised products.
The instructions to the Government of the Russian Federation also concern extending the timeframes for the Industrial Development Fund to issue favourable loans as part of the programme aimed at creating the component and resource base; encouraging the use of highly localised motor vehicles in providing car rental services; expanding the industrial mortgage programme with extending the loan repayment term to 10 years and increasing the maximum loan amount to 1.5 billion rubles; extending corporate competitiveness enhancement programmes until 2030; prioritising agricultural producers’ purchases of Russian agricultural equipment as part of regional programmes.
The Government of the Russian Federation, jointly with the supreme regional executive authorities and with the participation of the Administrative Directorate of the President, has been instructed to take measures to encourage civil servants and municipal employees to use highly localised Russian cars for work-related purposes.
