Director of the Federal Security Service Alexander Bortnikov, Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Chairman of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin and Director of the National Guard Viktor Zolotov reported to Vladimir Putin on the progress of the investigation. The President also heard reports from Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova, Emergencies Minister Alexander Kurenkov, Healthcare Minister Mikhail Murashko and Moscow Region Governor Andrei Vorobyov.
