The Government of the Russian Federation was instructed to discuss the issue of defining the terms of a low-interest mortgage programme for employees of defence industry enterprises in areas with limited human resources, and to submit a summary on benefits for special military operation participants. Instructions for the Government also concern the provision to ambulance drivers of a social benefit equal to that of other medical workers for assisting service personnel wounded during the special military operation. The Government was also instructed to submit proposals for establishing an intensive care and rehabilitology centre for children at the Federal Research and Clinical Centre for Intensive Care Medicine and Rehabilitology.
Instructions to the Government, together with executive agencies in the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics, and the Belgorod, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, concern the supply of personal protective equipment, vehicle protection systems and radio-electronic warfare equipment to mobile ambulance teams operating in communities near the special military operation zone.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade will assist the Russky Kupol (Russian Dome) company in expanding the production of drone detection and suppression systems. It will also take steps to expand the range of technologies for manufacturing special-purpose textile goods and upgrade such technologies. The Ministry is also to examine the issue of expanding fishing net production.
The Russian Ministry of Education, together with the Russian Popular Front For Russia nationwide public movement, received instructions to investigate the inclusion of digital hygiene in federal general education programmes related to computer studies.
