In addition to launching new industrial plants and production facilities, you remain dedicated to preserving the rich cultural and spiritual heritage of your homeland and saving the Volga, our great Russian river. I would also like to note your sincere commitment to developing the original, world-famous arts, crafts and domestic industries.”
