Over 44,000 applications for participation in the Time of Heroes programme were submitted last spring, with 83 applicants selected for the first round. The selection was based on the following criteria: personal achievements, courage and heroism; experience and potential in management and administration.
The programme has now launched an enrolment campaign for its second round and will focus on several categories of participants, including those who had previously applied for it, as well as new candidates. Everyone who was unable to complete the entire application process before will have this opportunity. Participants in the special military operation deployed to the frontline will benefit from additional opportunities and special arrangements for taking the required tests.
Additional registration will open on November 15 and will close at noon, Moscow time, on January 15, 2025. To take part in the programme, applicants must have Russian citizenship, a higher education degree, people management experience, as well as to have taken part in combat action during the special military operation.
The Public Council is scheduled to meet in the spring of 2025 to approve the list of participants in the second round of the Time of Heroes master’s degree programme.
