The message reads, in part:

This proves that the project has succeeded and gained authority and wide recognition, and continues to develop today, attracting talented young people and opening up new creative horizons, thus helping aspiring composers find their way in the bright and immense space of modern Russian culture.
I would certainly like to sincerely congratulate the winners of the competition on their great and well-deserved success. You have shown your talent and genuine desire to help strengthen the best traditions of musical art, the national school of composition.”
The gala concert, where the winners of the competition will be announced, will be hosted by the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory on November 26.
