Vladimir Putin received updates from Minister of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief Alexander Kurenkov Kurenkov Alexander Kurenkov AlexanderMinister for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Natural Disaster Relief of the Russian Federation , Deputy Prime Minister Vitaly Savelyev Savelyev Vitaly Savelyev VitalyDeputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation , and Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Alexander Kozlov Kozlov Alexander Kozlov AlexanderMinister of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation regarding the grounding of two tankers in the Kerch Strait. Following the President’s instructions, a government working group led by Vitaly Savelyev will be established to coordinate rescue efforts and address the aftermath of the fuel spill.
