The message reads, in part:
“Your forum, bringing together representatives of government agencies, business and expert communities, has rightfully established itself as a respected platform for discussing key issues related to the development of the domestic chemical industry, enhancing its competitiveness, and increasing its investment appeal.
This year’s agenda focuses on an open and constructive discussion of the main aspects of the New Materials and Chemistry national project, set to launch in 2025., which aims to establish full-cycle production, develop cutting-edge innovative materials, support small- and medium-scale chemical manufacturing, and train highly qualified specialists.
I would like to emphasise that the successful resolution of these strategically important tasks largely determines the state of the chemical industry and, more broadly, Russia’s technological leadership, industrial strength, and economic sovereignty.
I am confident that forum participants will put forward concrete proposals and initiatives that will be translated into practice, serving as a vivid example of productive cooperation between the state, science and business in the interests of the Fatherland and our nation.”
