Pursuant to the Order, in accordance with para 5 of Presidential Executive Order No. 520 of August 5, 2022, On Special Economic Measures in the Financial and Fuel-and-Energy Spheres in Connection with the Unfriendly Actions by Certain Foreign States and International Organisations, ASM LLC is authorised to carry out transactions that entail:
the acquisition of 50 percent of shares in the authorised capital of FNG 4 LLC, owned by Regkavo Energy LLC international company;
the establishment, change, termination of, or encumbrance on the rights of ownership, the use and (or) disposal of the said 50 percent of shares in the authorised capital of FNG 4 LLC.
