Instructions for the Government of the Russian Federation concern, in part, the allocation of funds for building a complex of medical and diagnostic branches of the Magadan Regional Health Centre of Phthisiology and Infectious Diseases; finishing the construction of a regional maternity hospital, with a maternity clinic and a day hospital, in Magadan; and reinforcing the coast of the Sea of Okhotsk in Nagayev Bay, from Mayak Park to the infectious diseases department of the Magadan Regional Hospital, in 2026‒2028.
The Government is to ensure the establishment of a specialised urban construction and architecture research organisation in the Far Eastern Federal District with the aim of improving the quality of urban construction in the Russian Far East.
