Academician Ilkayev was an outstanding scientist, a truly dedicated person, and a patriot. Over the years of fruitful research, he has made a genuinely unique contribution to the development of priority areas of physics, the domestic nuclear industry, to ensuring the country’s defence capability and national security, and its technological sovereignty.
The fond memories of Radiy Ilkayev will forever remain in the hearts of family, colleagues, students, and everyone who knew this wonderful man.”
