Executive Order On Awarding the 2025 Presidential Prize in Science and Innovation for Young Scientists

Vladimir Putin signed the Executive Order On Awarding the 2025 Presidential Prize in Science and Innovation for Young Scientists.

Having considered the recommendations of the Presidential Council for Science and Education, the President has resolved

to award the 2025 Presidential Prize in Science and Innovation for Young Scientists and the Honorary Title of Holder of the Presidential Prize in Science and Innovation for Young Scientists to:

Alexander Anikin, PhD (Engineering), Deputy Head of Department – Head of Research Department at Bochvar High-Technology Research Institute of Inorganic Materials, and Pavel Moseyev, Director for Production Development at Pharmatom – for the creation of betavoltaic sources of power for autonomous aerial systems and spacecraft.

Dmitry Butylsky, PhD (Chemistry), Leading Researcher and Associate Professor at Kuban State University – for developing membranes and membrane-based methods for the selective separation and concentration of ions, forming the basis of a low-reagent technology for extracting lithium from natural waters and industrial solutions.

Viktoria Vedyushkina, Doctor of Science (Physics and Mathematics), Professor at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Lomonosov Moscow State University, Vladislav Kibkalo, PhD (Physics and Mathematics), Associate Professor at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Lomonosov Moscow State University, and Gleb Belozyorov, Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Mechanics and Mathematics of Lomonosov Moscow State University – for the discovery and study of generalised billiards and for topological modelling of Hamiltonian systems.

Artyom Isayev, PhD (Biology), Senior Lecturer at the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology – for research on new bacterial antiviral immune systems.
