The Agreement was signed in Bishkek on November 26, 2025.
The Agreement stipulates that, for the purposes of expanding the infrastructure of the First President of the Russian Federation Boris Yeltsin Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University and facilitating construction of the university’s campus (buildings and structures) and commissioning these facilities, the Sides shall collaborate on issues of designing, building, equipping, providing material assets and commissioning the facilities and coordinating the relevant works.
