The Protocol was signed in Dushanbe on October 9, 2025.
The Protocol aims to enhance bilateral cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tajikistan in labour migration, facilitate the operation of a pre-migration training framework on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan for foreign nationals planning to work on the territory of the Russian Federation on a temporary basis, and improve workforce competence levels.
