The silver medallists were awarded the Order for Services to the Fatherland, I degree, and the bronze medallists received the Order for Services to the Fatherland, II degree. Track-and-field instructor and athlete Natalya Nazarova received the Order of Friendship. The ceremony took place in the Grand Kremlin Palace’s Malachite Hall.
