The meeting took place at Moscow’s Fili bus terminal, where modern passenger transport vehicles that operate on regional and city routes were presented.
Transport Minister Maxim Sokolov read a report of the working group that contained the main proposals on developing passenger traffic.
The meeting was attended by representatives of federal and regional executive bodies and experts.
The participants discussed proposals to unify the existing classifications of passenger traffic and ensure its comprehensive, integrated development both at the regional and municipal levels.
They also reviewed the need to create a uniform digital environment for passenger traffic at the inter-regional, regional and municipal levels for planning and monitoring purposes.
