Among those addressing the meeting of the working group were Head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and representatives of the Russian ministries of Transport, Construction and Communications.
It was noted that only 17 of the 27 points on the list of instructions On Improving the Road Network for the Comprehensive Exploration and Development of the Territory of the Russian Federation have been dealt with within the deadline for implementation.
During the meeting, the participants analysed information on the implementation of the instructions that were to be followed up. Comprehensive measures were recommended in order to ensure the unconditional implementation of the Presidential instructions that had not yet been carried out.
