Presidential Aide Maxim Oreshkin and Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko have been appointed deputy chairs of the organising committee.
The meeting participants agreed upon the concept of the exhibition and approved key events involved in its preparation and holding, as well as a list of the organising committee’s working groups.
In addition, they discussed ways to organise interaction with various groups of participants in accordance with Presidential Executive Order No. 215 On the Organising Committee to Prepare and Hold the Russia International Exhibition and Forum, dated March 29, 2023.
The Directorate of the Exhibition of Achievements, an independent nonprofit organisation, was designated as the event’s operator.
Following the meeting, the organising committee members were encouraged to submit their proposals for the business, cultural and other programmes of the forum.
The Russia International Exhibition and Forum will open on November 4, 2023. The regions of the Russian Federation, federal executive bodies, nonprofit organisations, state corporations, and foreign representatives will take part in it.
