Participants in the event announced the results of the recruitment campaign for the second track of the programme – 85 participants have been selected.
The formation of the second track began in November 2024. At that time, an additional registration period was opened, attracting 21,600 new applicants. In total, the programme received over 65,000 applications for the selection process.
Participants for the second track were selected from a diverse pool, including both previously registered applicants and new candidates. Individuals who had not completed the selection process during the first round were given another chance to participate. Additionally, special provisions were made for participants in the special military operation serving on the front lines, allowing them an extra opportunity to complete the testing phase.
Ultimately, 85 individuals were chosen for the second track of the programme: 37 were selected from the initial registration phase, and 48 from the subsequent one. Among them are 31 Heroes of the Russian Federation and 72 recipients of the Order of Courage.
Previously, 42 participants from the first training track were appointed to positions in executive and legislative bodies, public organisations, and state corporations.
