The President congratulated Maria Baklakova, Anastasia Guzhenkova, Anna Yegorova, Arina Openysheva and Valeria Salamatina, members of the Russian women’s national swimming team, who won the 4 x 200 freestyle relay event at the 2017 Summer Universiade in Taipei.
The message reads, in part:
