In particular, instructions to the Russian Federation Government concern state support for mortgage lending for certain categories of citizens (citizens with three or more children, doctors, teachers, and young engineers), developing the institution of cooperatives to provide housing for particular categories of citizens who cannot obtain housing independently without state support, and resettling hazardous dwelling occupants, as well as other aspects of providing housing to citizens.
Corresponding instructions were given to the Presidential Executive Office, the Prosecutor General’s Office, the Federal Antimonopoly Service, and senior officials (heads of supreme executive government authorities) in Russia’s federal constituent entities.
