”Your competition traditionally attracts the best representatives of the special forces of states belonging to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO). And it is designed to demonstrate not only the individual skills of participants, but also the overall readiness of our countries' forces to effectively deal with potential security threats.“
The CSTO has held martial arts competitions since March 2005. This sport involves special training using modern technology and includes the experience of Russian schools of self-defence and boxing, and the best techniques and tactics of kickboxing, wrestling and different kinds of national martial arts.
The CSTO comprises Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
