The message reads, in part:
“Over these years, Russia and Kyrgyzstan have been united by strong ties of friendship and positive traditions of mutual trust and respect. Today we can see a dynamically developing political dialogue, growing cooperation in trade, the economy and humanitarian sphere, and expanding joint efforts in the framework of regional associations.
Our mutual commitment to strengthening the strategic partnership and the implementation of all existing bilateral agreements was confirmed during our recent meeting in Moscow in February. I am confident that further consolidation of multi-faceted cooperation fully meets the interests of Russia and Kyrgyzstan and the cause of peace and stability in Central Asia.”
