The Agreement, signed in Singapore on September 27, 2010, is aimed at creating international legal conditions and guarantees for business and investment activities of investors of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Singapore and is intended to contribute to the revitalisation and further development of trade and economic cooperation between the states – parties to the Agreement.
