Vladimir Putin signed Executive Orders on the composition of the new Government Cabinet of the Russian Federation.

The Presidential Executive Orders make the following appointments:

1. Igor Shuvalov – First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation;

2. Vladislav Surkov – Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Government Chief of Staff;

3. Dmitry Kozak – Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation;

4. Dmitry Rogozin – Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation;

5. Arkady Dvorkovich – Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation;

6. Olga Golodets – Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation;

7. Alexander Khloponin – Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District;

8. Anton Siluanov – Finance Minister;

9. Alexander Novak – Energy Minister;

10. Andrei Belousov – Economic Development Minister;

11. Maxim Topilin – Labour and Social Protection Minister;

12. Maxim Sokolov – Transport Minister;

13. Vitaly Mutko – Sports Minister;
