As one of the world’s major oil producers and exporters, Russia is interested in maintaining stable and predictable oil prices, Dmitry Medvedev said at a meeting with Secretary General of the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) Abdalla Salem El-Badri.
Mr Medvedev said that Russia has good relations with the organisation as a whole and with the individual member countries, and intends to develop these contacts.
