Vladimir Putin congratulated Crown Prince Philippe of Belgium on his accession to the throne, expressing confidence that the constructive Russian-Belgian, cooperation which has traditionally existed between the two countries, will continue to develop successfully in all major areas for the benefit of Russia, Belgium and entire Europe.
