Mr Medvedev instructed his representatives in the Federation Council and the State Duma, Alexander Kotenkov and Alexander Kosopkin, to propose to the chairmen of both houses of parliament that the two houses convene in the St George Hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace on November 5 at midday to listen to the Presidential Address.
The President also gave instructions to invite to hear the address the members of the Government, presidents of the Constitutional Court, Supreme Court and Higher Arbitration Court, Prosecutor General, Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission, Chairman of the Audit Chamber, members of the Russian Federation State Council, and leaders of Russia’s main religions.
