They discussed the Ministry of Justice's participation in the preparation of an anti-corruption regulatory framework under the National Anti-Corruption Plan.
According to the Plan, as of next year the Justice Ministry will review all federal draft bills with a view to ensuring that they are in no way associated with corrupted practices. Then this procedure will be extended to all regional and municipal bills. The first package of draft bills introduced to the State Duma has already passed the Ministry's examination.
