Before the meeting, the President visited the new petrochemical industrial complex Tobolsk Polymer, viewed the plant’s production facilities, and took part in the ceremony launching its production of polypropylene.
Earlier in the day, Mr Putin flew over Tobolsk Kremlin (built in the 17th and 18th centuries) in a helicopter, and looked at how restoration works are proceeding.
