The messages stressed hope that Poland and Lithuania as Russia’s good neighbours and candidates for EU membership would display readiness for a constructive dialogue with Russia on the Kaliningrad problem and thus make their contribution to the creation of a common European economic, legal and humanitarian space and a common Europe without artificial barriers and dividing lines.
