Mr and Mrs Putin took a guided tour of St. Emilion, located 50 km from Bordeaux.
St. Emilion, with a population of just over 2,000, is renowned for its unique architectural design, primarily a monolithic church carved out of limestone. The Saint Emilion vineyards are included on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
