President Putin said that harmonisation of regional and federal legislation was a process that called for constant attention from the presidential envoys, although a great deal of work had already been done.
That also applied to the strengthening of the country’s economic space.
The President urged the envoys to pay special attention to law enforcement practice – especially with regard to laws aimed at reforming land relations and the judicial system.
It was also necessary, he said, to give all possible assistance to the judiciary establishment in strengthening its independence and in gaining full autonomy.
